Guys these madeleines are amazing! I can’t believe I haven’t shared them yet because I’ve made them so many times. If you’ve had regular madeleines and liked them you must try these! The cream cheese in these madeleines make them so tender, they practically melt in your mouth. You can use any kind of jam for the topping or you can forget about the jam all together and these would still be good! I used lingonberry jam and I would highly recommend it!
